Doctor L. Umaa Venkatesh has done her MD in Acupuncture from the University Of Colombo, Sri Lanka, and has over 17 years of experience in clinical acupuncture and 18 years of experience in Pulse Balancing method which is absolutely pain free.
She runs a research foundation through her Santosshi Acupuncture hospital. She dedicated her life in doing research to find out a solution for health problems. Many questions arised to her such as what is the root cause of disease and why there is no permanent cure for diseases? Can't one remain healthy throughout his life? She studied many things and nature is one of them. Gradually she started understanding the nature and found out there is a relationship between nature and human body. She understood that human body is also made up of five elements just like nature. Our Siddhars have talked about this in detail in the past and this formed as a basis for her research. She then realized the root cause of a disease is due to the imbalance in the five elements in the human body.
She implements an advanced technique of Acupuncture known as 'Pulse Balancing'. Herein, the five elements are balanced for one to remain healthy.
Her track record includes curing a wide variety of incurable diseases such as kidney dysfunction, diabetes, heart disorders etc. While modern day science is unable to fathom some medical mysteries, she is able to identify diseases that a patient may probably be a victim of even 3 years later. A clear study of a patients 'naadi' gives her insight into the fitness level of the person. She even treats infants less than 6-10 months old in her effortless easygoing attitude. The doctor has been extremely successful in curing hereditary diseases too. In addition she has achieved 100 percent cure for all chronic diseases.
Through her recent research breakthrough in pulse balancing she has proved that one can achieve health, wealth and success through this holistic treatment method. She has received the 'Marundilla Maruthuva Ulagin Oli Vilakku 2003' award from the Acupuncture Association, 'Saadhanai Chemmal' award for her contribution to service by conducting more than 100 rural camps every year from Maha Fine Arts, and also the 'Jambhavan' award from Press and Media Chennai towards her contribution to the field of medicine.
She has written many articles in Newspapers, weekly magazines. She has appeared in TV programs. Now she wanted to spread this awareness across the society to create a disease free life for all human beings and does it through the trust.
